Our Compliance for Your
Practice training is now available!
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) previously required healthcare organizations to ensure that training was being provided on unmodified content. This past year, CMS loosened those requirements and did not provide updated unmodified training content requirements, citing plan sponsors should determine what training is appropriate. Subsequently, plan sponsors have updated their attestation requests eliminating the requirement for training on unmodified CMS content. However, plan sponsors, at their discretion may ask you to attest to general compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse training, or may require you to review their issued compliance guides.
Healthcare Compliance Pros is proud to announce our Compliance for Your Practice training available, August 7th, 2019. This training covers important topics such as:
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
- The Stark Law
- Red Flags
- Corporate Compliance
- and more!
This new training will be an excellent alternative to the unmodified CMS training that is no longer
required. This new training will be ensuring our clients can cover these
important topics that are still required to be addressed as part of having an
effective compliance program.
