Fulfillment Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

HCP does not typically offer refunds; however, credits will be issued to account balances when necessary. HCP is always willing to work with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services we provide.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

HCP subscriptions are virtual; therefore, we do not ship any products. The onboarding process for subscribed services begins immediately upon receipt of the fully executed agreement and initial payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

HCP's services shall be treated as an annual, twelve (12) month subscription. The billing schedule for this agreement will commence on the first day of the executed agreement. The contract will automatically be renewed one day prior to the end of the contract expiration date. The contract will continue to be renewed for successive terms equal to the original term unless HCP receives a cancellation request, in writing (email will suffice), no later than thirty (30) days prior to your contract renewal date.
