In the healthcare world conflict of interests can undercut the quality of healthcare and the well-being of patients. Physicians and medical organizations may compromise their professional responsibilities by pursuing private financial gain. This training is to provide healthcare providers and employees with a clear understanding of the ethical components and responsibilities they have in regard to avoiding conflicts of interest.
Diversity & Cultural Competency Training

Course Overview: Cross culture healthcare teaches those who work in the healthcare industry to be able to relate to people of different cultures from their own. Organizations need to provide effective, equitable, respectfully, and quality care and services to patients of any background (language, literacy, culture, gender, religion, economic, etc.) in accordance with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act requirements. This training covers the National CLAS Standards provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that are intended to advance health equity, improve quality, and help eliminate health care disparities by establishing a blueprint for health and health care organizations to follow.

Integrity is shown in being forthcoming when mistakes are made, upholding the truth, and making the right decisions regardless of possible consequences. A natural enemy to integrity is ignorance, it can stem from inherited biases, or from a lack of education and training. This training provides examples of personal and professional integrity, along with how to apply integrity and avoid being ignorant in challenging situations.
Medical Identity Theft Protection
